How does the gift card rebate work?
Your rebate is set by how many cameras are installed: $100 for one, $125 for two, $150 for three and $200 for four or more. Heroes add $50. After your system has been active for 30 days, submit the claim form and your gift card is sent by email or mail.
Who counts as a Hero?
Veterans and active military, school teachers, firefighters and medical professionals. A quick verification is required.
How much does monitoring cost?
It depends on the equipment and plan you choose. Your free consult gives you a written quote with every price and term, and equipment financing is available subject to credit approval.
How long does installation take?
Most homes take 2 to 4 hours, and many installs happen the same week you call.
Do I need a landline or Wi‑Fi?
No landline. Monitoring uses a cellular connection; Wi‑Fi is used for cameras.
